Huawei’s recognition by the Top Employers Institute - a leader in human resources management certifications - as a “Top Employer” in Europe for 2024, is the fifth consecutive year that Huawei the list.
Huawei gained a leading spot in 16 European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK.

The program embraces diversity of nationality and inclusivity as its core values, and has committed to a participation rate of 50% for female students. and the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Huawei’s European ‘Top Graduate’ program, empowers university graduates to explore and find the career path which suits them best. The program offers intensive, six-month-long training courses and assessments, followed by a further 18 months of developmental support from mentors and supervisors.
Huawei’s ‘Rising Star’ and Senior Leadership employee programs offer specialised trainings at Huawei’s Shenzhen and Dongguan campuses.
Huawei also runs a “Top Minds” recruitment programme for those people with expertise in the sciences. This offering features no criteria based on the educational background of candidates, but instead focuses on their achievements in their respective fields.
