So Chandara joins RAC Media Lab. He was Senior film commissioner at Cambodian Film Commission (CFC) on over 60 local and foreign fiction and feature length documentary films per year.

In the late 2016, So Chandara graduated from 2 Master degrees in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from Lyon 2 and Lille University, France.
To successfully complete his program, he has worked on a master thesis deal with the Impact of Foreign Film shooting on Tourism Industry in Cambodia which contributes to his ground assets in film producing. Chandara has extensive knowledge and experiences working as a senior film commissioner at Cambodian Film Commission (CFC) for more than 6 years and has facilitated on over 60 local and foreign film shootings including fiction and feature length documentary films per year.
He has also selected to work as a production assistant of a Netflix produced film First They Killed My Father by Angelina Jolie and The Missing Picture, OSCARS Nominated and BEST documentary and received “Un Certain Regard” award. Chandara has extended his expertise in fundraising, coordinating and publicizing and has been one of the founder of Cambodian International Film Festival (CIFF) for seven editions.
