Paul Ellender is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Abode Real Estate, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Abode is a robust property management and investment business that has established a reputation for property sales, rentals, management and specialised sector communications.
Paul has operated real estate businesses in Southeast Asia for the last 7+ years. He first came to Cambodia in 2012 and moved permanently to Phnom Penh in 2016 to manage a Malaysian real estate business.
With an array of cross-sectoral experience, Paul is keen to embrace his new property, land development and real estate communication and training role at the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
Paul will be training students how to operate with a high level of sector specific professionalism in challenging conditions and under pressure.
