封关运作半年，海外大V椰城论道——“V观自贸港”沙龙在海口举行，中外嘉宾共话封关新机遇
6月13日，由中共海南省委宣传部指导、海南广播电视总台主办的“自贸之约·世界之声——V观自贸港”沙龙活动在海口举行。正值海南自贸港全岛封关运作全面实施半年之际，三位海外头部财经博主与国际关系专家受邀来琼，以“全球视角”看见海南、建言海南，向世界呈现中国深化改革开放、高质量发展的生动图景。

李宣良在致辞中表示，封关运作半年来，自贸港政策制度体系平稳运行，开放力度持续加大、产业体系不断优化、发展环境越来越好。“V观自贸港”活动是海南主动面向国际社会，展示自贸港封关运作半年来实实在在的建设成果，落实国家对外开放重大部署，把中国式制度型开放的海南实践讲给全世界听的交流平台。

在“我最想分享的自贸港发现”环节，三位外籍嘉宾基于近一周的实地采风——走访海口国家高新区、生态软件园、博鳌乐城、三亚中央商务区，并现场观看长征五号火箭发射——分享了各自眼中的封关半年新观察。

活动期间，2025年度HIMC最佳市县国际传播联络伙伴正式发布，儋州、澄迈、文昌、万宁、屯昌五市县获评。自2022年起，海南国际传播中心依托“市县国际传播联络官”机制，已与全省12个以上市县建立内容合作，持续向全球展示海南风土人情及自贸港建设成果。

实地探访：从政策落地到效能释放
当天下午，“V观圆桌派”系列财经对话节目正式开机录制。五位中外嘉宾——财经博主Rocky Xu、生活与营商环境博主Jannelize Bessenger、国际关系专家Josef Gregory Mahoney，以及两位特邀海南国际传播中心海外传播官，结合对封关半年变化的观察，围绕气候资源转化为产业竞争力、资本市场投资评级、无形资产向文旅IP转化、体育赛事微观经济账等议题展开深度对话。
节目后续将通过海南广播电视总台国际传播融媒体中心海内外传播矩阵及嘉宾个人海外社交媒体平台进行分众化传播。
此前，中外嘉宾在海南开展了为期5天的实地探访，先后走访海口国家高新技术产业开发区、海南自由贸易港生态软件园、海南热带汽车试验有限公司、博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区、三亚中央商务区等重点园区和重点项目，并在文昌航天观礼中心观看长征五号火箭发射。从产业、科技、医疗、文旅等多维度感受自贸港封关运作半年来从“政策落地”到“效能释放”的转变。

“自贸之约·世界之声——V观自贸港”活动是海南广播电视总台在封关半年关键节点推出的重要国际传播项目。通过“采风调研—沙龙分享—圆桌对话”，构建了从实地感知到专业输出的传播闭环，以中外嘉宾的亲历视角与专业解读，向全球投资者发出“共享海南机遇”的诚挚邀约。
